Sorted Branding is looking for a highly organised Project Manager who can independently manage branding projects from kickoff to delivery while ensuring timelines, communication, and execution stay on track.
Responsibilities
- —Manage end-to-end branding projects across strategy, identity, packaging, websites, CGI, and launch assets
- —Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- —Conduct client meetings, share MOMs, and manage communication
- —Plan timelines, assign tasks, and track project progress
- —Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before client submission
- —Identify blockers and proactively resolve them
- —Maintain project documentation and workflow across project management tools
Requirements
- —Strong project management and organizational skills
- —Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- —Ability to multitask across multiple projects
- —Experience in branding, creative, marketing, or digital agencies preferred
- —Ownership mindset with attention to detail
- —Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
